Job OverviewWe are seeking dynamic and personable Fresher Sales Executives to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about jewellery, enjoy customer interaction, and are looking to build a career in luxury retail sales. Key Responsibilities· • Welcome and assist customers at the showroom with warmth and professionalism. · • Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable jewellery pieces. · • Provide accurate information about product features, pricing, and certifications. · • Support customers during product trials and maintain a clean display area. · • Handle basic billing, packaging, and documentation. · • Maintain customer details and follow up on queries and potential leads. · • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets. · • Learn and stay updated on jewellery collections, trends, and store promotions. Requirements· • Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, and/or Gujarati. · • Confident, well-groomed, and customer-focused. · • Basic understanding of jewellery or willingness to learn through training. · • Ability to work during weekends, festivals, and peak seasons. · • Eager to grow within a structured and professional retail team.
