Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Jewellery Sales and CRM Specialist, located in Delhi, India. The Jewellery Sales and CRM Specialist will be responsible for managing sales processes, providing excellent customer service, assisting with updating customer data and regular follow ups. Managing calander and schedule appointments and meetings. The role also includes maintaining customer relationships, handling sales transactions and ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction.
