Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, delivering a personalized luxury shopping experience.
• Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable diamond jewellery pieces.
• Explain product features, diamond grading (4Cs), and care instructions confidently.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
• Maintain premium visual merchandising and ensure the store ambiance reflects Moenas brand standards.
• Handle billing, packaging, and after-sales services with professionalism.
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Stay updated on jewellery trends, Moena collections, and competitor offerings.

Requirements

• Experience: 1–5 years in luxury retail or diamond/gold jewellery sales preferred. Freshers with excellent communication skills and passion for jewellery may apply.
• Education: Minimum 12th pass.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of diamond grading/jewellery terminology (training will be provided).
• Pleasant personality with a customer-first approach.
• Languages: English and Kannada/Hindi preferred.
