Position: Full-Time Faculty – Physics / Chemistry
Salary Range: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for dedicated and experienced Physics and Chemistry Faculty to join our coaching institute in Amalapuram. The selected candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching for competitive exams such as JEE, NEET, and Intermediate Board.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Physics or Chemistry for JEE Main/Advanced, NEET, and Intermediate students.
• Prepare and deliver structured lesson plans, study materials, and assignments.
• Conduct regular doubt-clearing sessions for individual and group students.
• Design and evaluate tests, practice papers, and mock exams.
• Track student performance and provide personalized guidance.
• Create a positive and motivating classroom environment.
• Participate in academic planning, periodic training, and faculty meetings.
• Ensure syllabus completion well before deadlines.

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Physics or Chemistry (B.Sc/M.Sc or B.Tech/M.Tech).
• Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience in JEE/NEET coaching preferred.
• Strong conceptual clarity and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
