JDE Finance Consultant

As a JDE Financial at Birlasoft, you will play a crucial role in leading the Finance team by conducting meetings and interviews, facilitating large group sessions, and collaborating with stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include writing functional and data requirements specifications, developing business process and data models, leading integration testing efforts, and documenting results. You will also work closely with the business to conduct User Acceptance Testing and identify root causes of issues to provide effective solutions. Your expertise in JD Edwards all Finance Modules (AR, AP, GL, FA) will be essential in developing functional specifications and testing knowledge for CRP, SIT, UAT, post go-live support. Additionally, you will work on menu creation, security, data migration, and collaborate with development and testing teams for unit and functional testing. Your excellent oral and written communication skills will be valuable in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the Finance team by conducting meetings/interviews and facilitating large group/cross-functional sessions with stakeholders. - Write functional and data requirements specifications and develop business process and data models. - Lead the integration testing effort, including development of test plans, test cases, and scenarios, and documentation of results. - Work with the business to conduct User Acceptance Testing. - Identify root causes of issues and provide effective solutions. - Collaborate with development and testing teams for unit and functional testing. - Develop functional specs and testing knowledge related to data migration, documentation, setups in JDE Finance Module. - Work on menu creation, security, and data migration. - Have expertise in JD Edwards all Finance Modules (AR, AP, GL, FA). - Experience in Implementation, Upgrade, and Rollout. - Pre-Sales/Solutioning experience will be preferred.
