Jboss Trainer Freelancer

As a Training Coordinator at Bringle Academy, your role involves liaising with managers to determine training needs and scheduling training sessions. You will be responsible for designing effective training programs, selecting and booking venues, and conducting seminars, workshops, and individual training sessions. Additionally, you will prepare educational materials such as module summaries and videos, and support and mentor new employees. Keeping attendance and other records, managing training budgets, conducting evaluations to identify areas of improvement, and monitoring employee performance and response to training are also key responsibilities.
