We're Hiring: Software Engineer (JavaScript - LLM Evaluation & Repository Validation)

Location:

Remote🕒

Experience:

3+ Years | ⏱ 40 hrs/week (20 hrs overlap with PST i.e. 8 PM – 12 AM IST)🛠️

Skills:

JavaScript, Git, GitHub, DockerJoin a groundbreaking AI + Open Source initiative! We're working on training

LLMs (Large Language Models)

to solve real-world software engineering problems using

high-quality public GitHub repositories

.If you’ve worked with popular GitHub repos (5000+ stars), love automating dev environments, and want to help shape the future of AI-powered software engineering, this is your calling.

🔧 Responsibilities

Analyze and triage issues across popular open-source repositories
Dockerize and set up dev environments for JavaScript projects
Evaluate test coverage and code quality
Run and modify real-world repos to test LLMs on bug-fixing
Work with researchers to identify repositories and SWE tasks
Lead junior engineers (optional leadership opportunity)

✅ What You’ll Need

Strong hands-on JavaScript experience
Proficiency in Git, Docker, and repo setup
Ability to navigate large and complex codebases
Comfortable running/modifying real-world code locally
Open-source contributions or repo evaluation experience is a plus

💡 Bonus If You Have

Experience with LLMs or AI research projects
Exposure to developer tools or automation frameworks
