Java Technology Manager

As an Applications Development Group Manager at Citigroup, your role will involve managing a team to establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs. You will be responsible for driving applications systems analysis and programming activities. Key Responsibilities: - Manage multiple teams to accomplish goals and conduct personnel duties - Provide strategic influence, exercise control over resources, budget management, and planning - Resolve issues using in-depth knowledge of concepts and procedures - Ensure essential procedures are followed and contribute to defining standards - Integrate applications development knowledge with overall technology function - Provide evaluative judgement in complicated situations and influence senior leaders You will also manage the design, solution, and delivery of Regulatory Business Control Models (RBCMs) for Alternative Investment Products. This includes leading a cross-functional team, overseeing technology governance, and stakeholder management.
