Java-Technical Project Manager

Role Overview: As a Java-Technical Project Manager with 12-16 years of experience, you will be responsible for overseeing Agile project execution, team coordination, and resource planning. Your role will involve engaging in requirement/design discussions, providing technical guidance, and ensuring project scope, schedules, and deliverables align with business goals. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage risks, and optimize processes to drive successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee Agile project execution, team coordination, and resource planning. - Engage in requirement/design discussions, provide hands-on technical guidance, and drive product enhancements. - Ensure project scope, schedules, and deliverables align with business goals, while managing risks and impediments. - Collaborate with leadership, onsite managers, support, and sales teams. - Maintain governance standards, report progress, and manage financial and procurement aspects. Qualifications Required: - Technical Expertise in Java Full Stack (Spring Boot), PL/SQL, React.API, and Microservices/Java-JDK/JBOSS. - Proficiency in Agile/SAFe methodologies, JIRA, risk & resource management. - Experience managing 20+ direct reports in multi-location environments. - Preferred experience in Finance/HRM domain/BI Insight. - SAFe Certified (preferred). - Strong written and verbal English proficiency, with excellent presentation and partner management skills.
