Job Summary:

Java Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Java developers through all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  
• Architect, design, and implement robust, scalable, and secure Java-based applications.
  
• Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions.
  
• Guide the team in solving complex technical challenges and provide hands-on support when needed.
  
• Conduct performance tuning, debugging, and optimization of applications.
  
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, architectural diagrams, and design specifications.
  
• Ensure efficient CI/CD pipeline processes and contribute to DevOps practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  
• 610 years of hands-on Java/J2EE development experience, with at least 2–3 years in a technical lead role.
  
• Strong proficiency in

  Core Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate

  , and RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of

  microservices architecture

  , distributed systems, and cloud technologies.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Oracle, etc.).
  
• Familiarity with DevOps tools such as

  Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Git

  , and CI/CD pipelines.

Skills:

• Experience with front-end technologies (React, Angular, Vue) is a plus.
  
• Knowledge of messaging systems like
