Role Overview

Senior Java Developer / Java Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using

  Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud

  .
• Implement

  Microservices architecture

  and ensure seamless integration across distributed systems.
• Lead and guide teams in

  coding standards, design patterns, and best practices

  for maintainable and reusable code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in

  code reviews, performance tuning, and scalability assessments

  .
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership on advanced Java concepts.
• Work on

  cloud-native deployments

  (AWS/Azure/GCP) and CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Explore and integrate

  AI-driven features

  into applications to enhance automation and intelligence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6–12 years of experience in

  Java-based enterprise application development

  .
• Strong expertise in

  Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Microservices

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

  and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of

  design patterns, system design, and distributed systems

  .
• Familiarity with

  AI/ML concepts

  and ability to integrate AI-driven features into applications.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with

  enterprise SaaS environments

  and large-scale deployments.
• Knowledge of

  API Gateway, service mesh, and observability tools

  .
• Exposure to

  AI/ML frameworks and cloud-native AI services

  .
