Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Lead the development team in designing, developing, testing, and deploying scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Ensure high-quality code by reviewing and mentoring junior developers, promoting best practices, and implementing automated testing frameworks.
Participate in architecture discussions to design solutions that meet business needs while ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.

Job Requirements :

7-12 years of experience in software development with expertise in Java programming language.
Strong understanding of AWS services such as Kafka for building real-time data pipelines.
Experience with designing and implementing microservices architectures using Spring Boot framework.
