Job Summary:

Java Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, providing technical guidance and code reviews.
  
• Architect, design, and develop robust, scalable, and secure Java applications.
  
• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and QA to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  
• Drive the adoption of best practices in code quality, testing, and performance optimization.
  
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and design discussions.
  
• Oversee the integration of third-party systems and APIs.
  
• Ensure proper documentation of software design and code.
  
• Investigate and resolve technical issues across the development lifecycle.
  
• Continuously improve processes, tools, and standards to enhance team productivity.
  

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  
• 8+ years of experience in Java development, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
  
• Strong expertise in
