About the Role:

Tech Lead – Full Stack Developer

Qualifications:

• B.E / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc / MS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Software Systems, or ECE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Front-end Development:

  
  Develop responsive, intuitive, and high-performance user interfaces using

  React.js

  ,

  JavaScript

  . Build reusable components and ensure UI consistency across browsers and devices.

• Back-end Development:

  
  Design, build, and maintain robust back-end services using

  Spring Boot

  and Java. Implement secure and scalable business logic and ensure smooth API performance.

• API Integration:

  
  Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless communication between front-end and back-end services.

• Database Management:

  
  Design and optimize relational databases including

  PostgreSQL

  ,

  MySQL

  , and

  Oracle

  . Create efficient queries, procedures, and performance tuning strategies.

• Reporting:

  
  Develop and integrate custom reports using

  JasperReports

  for business insights and document generation (e.g., Form 16, GST, Payslips).

• Collaboration & Leadership:

  
  Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and engineers. Mentor junior developers and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.

• Code Quality & Reviews:

  
  Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code. Conduct and participate in code reviews, adhering to best practices and coding standards.

• Debugging & Optimization:

  
  Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance issues. Improve application reliability and responsiveness.

• Continuous Learning:

  
  Stay up to date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to ensure continual innovation and improvement.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
• Strong expertise in

  React.js

  ,

  JavaScript

  ,

  HTML5

  , and

  CSS3

  .
• Extensive hands-on experience with

  Spring Boot

  ,

  Java

  , and RESTful services.
• Proficiency in

  JasperReports

  for report generation and integration with web applications.
• Deep understanding of

  and database performance tuning (PostgreSQL/MySQL/Oracle).
• Familiar with modern front-end frameworks and design systems (e.g.,
