Experience Level: Senior - 12 to 17 years

Job Overview:

Aspire Systems is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Technical Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a strong technical leader with extensive experience in Java, Node.js, and Python, coupled with proficiency in front-end frameworks. This role requires a deep understanding of architectural design, performance optimization, and cloud platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and architect technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technology strategy.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Develop and maintain high-quality code in Java, Node.js, and/or Python, as needed.
Evaluate and recommend technology solutions, including cloud platforms, databases, and frameworks.
Lead performance tuning and optimization efforts to ensure application scalability and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and operations.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Must-Have Skills:

In-depth experience with Java, Node.js, and Python.
Proficiency in at least one front-end framework (Angular or React).
Strong knowledge and experience with ORM, REST APIs, and caching mechanisms.
Proven ability in performance optimization techniques.
Solid understanding of RDBMS and OOPS concepts.
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent communication skills.

Good-to-Have Skills:

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), with a preference for GCP.
Exposure to Salesforce (Force.com) custom development and solutioning.
Knowledge of design patterns and architectural standards.
Certifications or technical writing related to relevant technologies.
