Java Technical Architect

Role Overview: You are being hired by Wipro Limited as a Techno-Functional Manager(Solution Architect) specializing in Digital Transformation & Product Innovation. Your role will involve leading Digital Transformation initiatives and overseeing Product & IP Development within the Transformation Office of the IT Services business. As an experienced and forward-thinking professional, you will be responsible for driving No-Code/Low-Code platform adoption and business process transformation. Your expertise in technical acumen, business analysis, and solution implementation will be crucial for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Define and own end-to-end technical architecture - Engage with business and IT stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements - Design configurable microservices using Spring Boot, implement role-based access, data security, and API governance - Develop enterprise-grade No-Code/Low-Code solutions - Lead business process modeling and optimization - Collaborate with technical architects, developers, and UI/UX teams for integration - Define data models, APIs, and integration strategies for digital platforms - Evaluate, design, and deploy solutions using No-Code/Low-Code platforms - Define Meta Data-driven strategies for UI Form generation, field rule validations, and dynamic layouts - Lead the development lifecycle of No-Code/Low-Code AI-powered products - Identify patentable innovations and contribute to IP creation - Train end-users, conduct change management workshops, and gather client feedback Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering, Business, or related field - Hands-on experience with BPMN, DMN, API integration, and workflow automation - Proficiency in Spring Boot, Java, Hibernate, and UI/UX technologies like Angular/ReactJS - Knowledge of web application and web service security concepts - Experience in solution architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and DevOps best practices - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and business process reengineering skills - Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall Methodologies, and AI/ML integration - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills Additional Company Details: Wipro Limited is a leading technology services and consulting company dedicated to developing innovative solutions for complex digital transformation needs.
