Job Description

Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance applications using
Java 8, Spring Boot, and Microservices
.
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the development team.
Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure best practices in coding, architecture, performance tuning, and application security.
Manage the end-to-end SDLC (requirement gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support).

Must-have Skills

Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards across the team.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for maximum efficiency and reliability.
Strong expertise in
Java 8, Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Hibernate, and SQL
.
Proven experience in building and deploying large-scale enterprise applications.
Hands-on knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration with external systems.
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP), design patterns, and best practices.
Experience with database design, optimization, and query performance tuning.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
Ability to lead a team and deliver projects within deadlines.
