Infosys is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Bootstrap Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in Java development with a proven track record of leading successful project teams. A self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills, this individual will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of robust web applications. Job Title: Java Bootstrap Tech Lead Location: Bengaluru Experience: 7+ years total, with 5+ years of relevant experience in Java technologies Job Type: Full-time Travel: Should be open to travel within India and overseas Responsibilities : Lead and mentor a team of Java developers to deliver high-quality solutions Oversee design, development, and maintenance of Java-based applications Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers and QA Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, design, and performance standards Conduct regular code reviews and troubleshoot technical issues Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to enhance team productivity and system performance Support deployment and post-release maintenance activities Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high coding standards Be open to short- and long-term travel assignments in India and abroad Knowledge and Skills Required : Strong understanding of design patterns and database design principles Expertise in Java , Spring MVC , Spring Boot , Hibernate , MySQL , and RESTful Web Services Working knowledge of SQL and backend integration Familiarity with web development tools and UI frameworks such as: * Ionic Framework , Android SDK , HTML , Bootstrap CSS , AngularJS (Added advantage) SQL Server (Added advantage) Sound understanding of Web Servers , Application Servers , and Database Systems Experience in team leadership or technical mentoring is a strong plus Preferred Qualifications : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Prior experience in a Tech Lead or Senior Developer role Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills Demonstrated ability to manage time and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹1,100,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Ability to commute/relocate: Electronic City, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: Java: 5 years (Required) Work Location: In person
