Java Spring Boot Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Java Spring Boot Architect to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture, along with a strong ability to guide development teams and ensure alignment with business goals. This role requires a combination of technical leadership, hands-on development, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architecture Design:

  Define and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance application architectures using Java and Spring Boot.

• Microservices Development:

  Design and develop microservices-based solutions, ensuring seamless integration and communication between services.

• Technical Leadership:

  Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

• Performance Optimization:

  Analyze and optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

• Integration:

  Develop and manage integrations with third-party systems, APIs, and enterprise platforms.

• Stakeholder Collaboration:

  Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Documentation:

  Create and maintain architectural documentation, including design patterns, workflows, and system diagrams.

• Continuous Improvement:

  Stay updated on emerging technologies and frameworks to drive innovation and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Education:

  Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience:

  10-12 years of experience in Java development, with 8+ years in an architectural role.

• Technical Skills:

Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Framework.

Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and design patterns.

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

Proficiency in containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Knowledge of database systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Hibernate).
