As a Java Developer at HTC Hamarashops Technology Centre, you will leverage your expertise in IT consulting, application architecture, and solutioning to drive cloud transformation, legacy modernization, and customer-centric technical strategy. With over 6 years of experience, you will craft scalable, secure, and cost-effective architectures that align with business goals and deliver measurable value. Your core expertise will include modernizing legacy applications into cloud-native architectures, utilizing microservices, containers, and event-driven models. You will be proficient in full-stack development using MERN, Java/J2EE, Python, React, Node.js, Flutter, and Django, while also possessing a solid understanding of API frameworks, mobile/web platforms, and DevOps practices. As a seasoned professional, you will excel in customer engagement and consultative selling, acting as a trusted advisor to customers and presenting compelling value propositions to CxOs and IT Directors. Your technical pre-sales skills will be showcased through analyzing RFPs, shaping requirements, and designing innovative solutions for short-term and long-term strategic deals. You will lead Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and pilot implementations, contributing to standardizing go-to-market (GTM) propositions across industry verticals. Your cross-functional leadership skills will be crucial in coordinating across internal teams and external vendors, playing a central role in engagement management and solution lifecycle. In terms of technical proficiencies, you will work with cloud platforms such as GCP (preferred), AWS, and Azure, alongside architecture patterns like Microservices, SOA, Event-driven (Kafka), and CQRS. Your expertise will also cover containers & orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes, various languages/stacks including Java/J2EE, Python, JavaScript, and database management with SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).
