As a Solution Architect & Strategist at GlobalLogic, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing scalable, cloud-native architectures while leveraging AI/GenAI capabilities to drive business impact. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and implementing scalable, cloud-native architectures, incorporating AI/GenAI capabilities where applicable. - Architecting and deploying solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, with a focus on security, cost optimization, and performance. - Leading AI/ML and Generative AI initiatives to integrate them into enterprise applications for impactful outcomes. - Providing technical leadership by guiding engineering teams on best practices in Java, microservices, APIs, and cloud-native development. - Communicating complex technical solutions effectively to C-suite executives, stakeholders, and clients. - Managing stakeholders by bridging the gap between technical teams and business leadership to align technology with organizational goals. - Ensuring compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards in AI and cloud-based deployments. - Driving innovation and thought leadership by staying abreast of emerging trends in AI, cloud computing, and enterprise technology. Qualifications required for this role include: - 12-17 years of experience in solution architecture, cloud computing, and software development. - Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and API design. - Strong experience in at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and familiarity with multi-cloud strategies. - Hands-on experience with AI/ML, Generative AI models, and AI-powered applications. - Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.). - Proven ability to engage and influence C-suite executives, business leaders, and technical teams. - Exceptional communication skills with an executive presence to represent the organization at key forums. - Experience in leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
