Java Software Engineer

As a Java Developer at our company, your primary responsibilities will include: - Developing and maintaining Java/Spring Boot-based backend services. - Building and optimizing APIs and microservices for core accounting features such as invoices, reporting, GST, banking, etc. - Improving system performance, reliability, and security. - Handling production issues, participating in architecture discussions, and proposing scalable solutions. - Utilizing AI-powered development tools to enhance coding efficiency, debugging, and problem-solving. The qualifications we are looking for in a candidate are: - Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA with at least 5 years of experience. - Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, OOP, and design patterns. - Proficiency with MySQL/PostgreSQL, SQL optimization, and data modeling. - Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments. - Strong mathematical aptitude, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Additionally, the following skills would be nice to have: - Experience with Docker/Kubernetes, messaging queues, caching systems. - Exposure to AI-assisted coding, automation tools, or ML-based optimizations.
