About the Role

Java Backend Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend services using

  Java

• Build RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services and APIs.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Work closely with front-end developers, product managers, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in development processes and product quality.

Requirements

• 4+ years

  of hands-on experience in backend development using

  Java

  .
• Strong understanding of

  Spring Boot

  ,

  Spring MVC

  , and related frameworks.
• Experience with

  RESTful API development

  and

  microservices architecture

  .
• Solid understanding of

  object-oriented programming

  and

  design patterns

  .
• Experience with

  SQL and relational databases

  (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Familiarity with

  NoSQL databases

  (e.g., MongoDB, Redis) is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with

  version control systems

  like Git.
• Good understanding of

  CI/CD pipelines

  and containerization tools (Docker/Kubernetes) is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Good to Have

• Exposure to

  cloud platforms

  like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with Python will be great.
