Java Developer (5+ Exp)

Senior Java engineer with deep experience in performance optimization and enterprise backend systems.
Strong in converting synchronous workflows into fully asynchronous pipelines
(MongoDB save → background validation → rule execution).
Expert in JVM tuning, multithreading, and profiling CPU/memory bottlenecks.
Hands-on experience optimizing XML generation, transformation, and validation using high-performance libraries.
Proven ability to run performance POCs, benchmark alternatives, and deliver measurable latency improvements.
Strong architectural skills for designing/redesigning high-throughput form submission flows.
Fast learner, capable of handling complex redesigns and delivering results ASAP.
