As a Senior Technical Consultant at our company, you will be responsible for implementing technical solutions, developing custom applications, and providing guidance to internal teams. Your role will involve collaborating with Solution Architects, Tech Leads, and client teams to ensure successful project delivery. Here's what you can expect in this position: Key Responsibilities: - Participate in end-to-end implementation of technical solutions in collaboration with the Professional Services team. - Collaborate with Solution Architects, Tech Leads, and client teams to design, develop, and test customizations. - Develop custom applications and enhancements using Java, Oracle, and scripting languages. - Assist clients with technical aspects of implementations, including hardware/software sizing, deployment strategies, and integration with third-party systems. - Lead data migration activities by coordinating with clients for data mapping, format validation, loading, and error resolution. - Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams, including mentoring junior team members as needed. Qualifications Required: - 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in software development/technical consulting. - Strong proficiency in Core Java and J2EE, with at least 1 year in server-side, real-time, transaction-based development. - Solid understanding and experience in object-oriented programming. - Expertise in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL. - Experience in developing or customizing applications using Java and scripting languages. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including email and documentation etiquette. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
