As a Digital Software Engineer Senior Analyst at the company, you will be responsible for executing and driving mid-size feature application design and development efforts. Your role will involve serving as a development lead on medium-scale projects and supporting the execution of larger efforts. You will have considerable autonomy and discretion, significantly influencing the design and development of applications by providing subject-specific expertise and a deep understanding of application programming principles. Your expertise will be sought after for analyzing and troubleshooting coding, application performance, and design challenges. Additionally, you will be involved in research to identify the root cause of development and performance concerns and resolve defects. Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to: - Researching and resolving coding and performance concerns - Understanding technical requirements for solutions - Participating in design discussions as a Development Lead - Partnering with industry vendors to support Digital architecture - Influencing strategic functional decisions through advice and counsel - Communicating progress, anticipating bottlenecks, and managing issues - Continuously assessing development processes and operations - Sharing knowledge with the team and demonstrating higher-level knowledge through industry certifications Qualifications required for this role: - Development experience in a fast-paced environment - Experience with test automation and reporting tools - Project management experience preferred - 8-10 years in an automation development environment - Strong analytical and quantitative skills - Experience delivering with an agile methodology - Experience leading infrastructure programs - Skilled at working with third-party service providers - Excellent written and oral communication skills Education: - Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience Please note that this role falls under the Technology job family group and the Digital Software Engineering job family.
