Responsibilities
Lead the development process for Java-based applications using Spring Framework and MicroservicesImplement front-end solutions by utilizing React.js and manage multiple front-end (MFE) architecturesHandle database development tasks involving PostgreSQL or Oracle along with integration with application servicesOversee application containerization and orchestrate deployments through Azure or similar cloud platformsDesign and construct robust back-end Microservices and REST APIsEnhance and maintain existing codebase ensuring high-quality standardsConduct thorough unit testing and code reviews across the teamAdhere to and enforce coding best practices and participate in SCRUM ceremoniesEngage in estimation and planning sessions for project timelines and deliverablesProvide mentorship to other developers and collaborate effectively with team membersRequirements8+ years of experience in Java, including Java 8, Core Java, Spring Boot, and MicroservicesProficiency in front-end technologies including React.js, Typescript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3Experience deploying and managing applications on Azure or similar cloud platformsSolid understanding of object-oriented design, design patterns, and Restful web servicesBackground in unit testing and conducting code reviewsCompetency in database technologies, preferably SQLServerShowcase of implementing APIs and microservices architectureFlexibility to participate in SCRUM ceremonies and other Agile planning sessionsNice to haveKnowledge of the financial services sector, particularly in wealth managementBackground in PostgreSQL or Oracle database systems
