Java Microservices-Lead

NTT DATA is looking for a Java Microservices-Lead to join their team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN). As a Technical Lead (Java), you will provide architectural direction, technical expertise, and thought leadership to design, implement, and manage the product delivery. It is essential to demonstrate a sound knowledge of industry best practices, good organizational and leadership skills, and proficiency in Java technologies, especially in data migration projects. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Java and backend database technologies, such as Oracle PL/SQL. Additionally, experience in designing and developing robust solutions in Java, using frameworks like Spring, Struts, and testing tools like Jmeter is required. Proficiency in writing complex database queries, functions, and stored procedures in Oracle is a must. Responsibilities include setting/implementing Java/Oracle (PL/SQL) development standards, managing a team of developers on project delivery, reviewing the work of other developers, creating technical documents, analyzing malfunctioning code, breaking up work into task lists, providing technical design, managing tasks and deadlines, understanding the lending domain, participating in Scrum Sprints, and ensuring infrastructure scalability and CI/CD pipeline for application deployment. The candidate should be able to work with IT and/or business personnel on required adjustments, possess strong communication skills, manage the team effectively, take responsibility for development tasks, lead defect review meetings, and prioritize development tasks around project milestones.
