Java Lead

Are you a seasoned Java professional with a passion for leading teams and architecting scalable solutions We are currently looking for a Java Lead with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. As a Java Lead, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of developers in designing and implementing robust Java-based applications. You will also have the opportunity to architect and develop microservices using Spring Boot, ensuring scalability and performance. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to define and deliver high-quality software solutions will be a key aspect of this role. Additionally, you will drive the adoption of best practices in software development and ensure adherence to coding standards. Effective management of stakeholder expectations and clear communication of project progress are essential responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Java 8+, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture. Proficiency in RESTful API design and integration is a must. A strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL and MongoDB is required. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, as well as containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, will be beneficial. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is also desired. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai, Bangalore, or Pune, with a work mode of 5 days a week. The notice period for this role is immediate to 15 days.
