Good Analytical skills so that he/she can understand the business.
Minimum Experience - 4 Yrs, Maximum Experience 6 Yrs.

Java [1.4 to Java 13]
Hibernate 2.x, 3.x
Struts 2
Basic SQL, PL/SQL
JBoss 4.x
Unix shell scripting
JSTL JSP Standard Tag Library
Experience of Software Engineering Process
Experience in Design & J2EE Design Patterns
Code Review and Best practices
Auto Unit Testing - Junit
Team mentoring

JAXB/Sax parsers/Stax
Restful /Web services

Chip manufacturing
domain experience.
Experience of Knowledge acquisition on existing applications from other teams.
