Full Stack Java Tech Lead

Leadership & Experience Requirements

• 5-10 years

  of total software development experience

• 2+ years

  leading development teams (3-6 developers)
• Proven experience with code reviews, technical mentoring, and team guidance
• Strong background in production system management and incident response
• Experience making architectural decisions and driving technical roadmaps

Technical Requirements

Core Backend Skills (Must Have)

• Java Development

  : 5+ years of hands-on experience with Core Java, Multi Threading

• Framework Expertise

  : Spring Boot, REST APIs, JPA/Hibernate

• Database Skills

  : Strong data modeling, MySQL/Oracle, advanced SQL optimization

• Messaging & Search

  : JMS, ActiveMQ, Kafka, Solr

• Performance

  : Deep understanding of caching strategies, Redis, performance optimization

Frontend Skills (Required)

• Web Technologies

  : Angular (preferred) or React for web interfaces

• Mobile Development

  : Android development experience (nice to have)

Additional Skills (Good to Have)

• Video Technologies

  : MPEG-DASH, Widevine DRM, Fairplay DRM, Shaka Packager

• Containerization

  : Docker, Kubernetes

• Cloud Platform

  : AWS services, Load Balancers, CDN
