Java Full Stack Developer

Role & responsibilities

Experience:10 to 15 years of experience in software development, with at least 3+ years working on Oracle Cerner or other EMR solutions (e.g., Epic, Allscripts, Meditech).

Job Description:

1) Design, develop, and implement robust EMR solutions, with a focus on Oracle Cerner or other leading EMR platforms, to support healthcare providers in Dubai, UAE.

2) Build and maintain full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and React.js to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly healthcare solutions.

3) Integrate EMR systems with SAP modules (e.g., SAP ERP, SAP HCM) to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability across healthcare and business systems.

4) Leverage IoT technologies to develop innovative solutions for real-time patient monitoring, smart healthcare devices, and data-driven clinical decision-making.

5) Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinicians, business analysts, and system architects, to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

6) Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations (e.g., DHA, HAAD) and industry standards for data security and patient privacy (e.g., HL7, FHIR).

7) Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability using modern development practices and cloud-based infrastructure (e.g., Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, AWS, or Azure).

8) Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes to maintain high-quality code standards.

9) Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

10) Stay updated on emerging trends in healthcare IT, IoT, and full-stack development to drive continuous improvement in our solutions.
