Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Java Full Stack Developer with 03 years of experience to join our growing technology team. Whether you’re a recent graduate or someone with a few years of hands-on development experience, this is a great opportunity to work with modern technologies on real-world projects and grow your career in full stack development.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and frontend frameworks like React or Angular.
Assist in building RESTful APIs and microservices for scalable backend services.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend engineers to deliver user-friendly, high-performance applications.
Write clean, maintainable code following industry best practices.
Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment activities.
Work in an Agile/Scrum environment and contribute to daily stand-ups and sprint planning.
Continuously learn and adopt new tools and technologies to enhance development efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
03 years of experience in full stack development (internships and academic projects are valued).
Strong foundation in Java, OOP, and data structures/algorithms.
Familiarity with Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, and REST APIs.
Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frontend frameworks like React.js or Angular.
Understanding of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Good problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn and adapt.
