Key Roles & Responsibilities

Application Development & Enhancement

• Develop, enhance, and maintain healthcare applications using

  Java Full Stack technologies

  .
• Work on end-to-end development including front-end, back-end, APIs, and cloud integration.
  
• Ensure high-quality code, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
  

Cloud & Platform Engineering

• Work extensively on

  Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

  for application deployment, scaling, and management.
• Integrate applications with GCP services and ensure optimal performance and security.
  
• Utilize container-based technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.) for deployment and orchestration.
  

Team Leadership & Delivery

• Lead and mentor development team members when required.
  
• Drive sprint planning, execution, delivery, and support activities.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, Product, and Architecture.
  

Agile & Collaboration

• Work in Scrum/Agile methodologies and participate in all agile ceremonies.
  
• Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  
• Provide technical analysis, identify risks, and propose improvements.
  

Problem Solving & System Understanding

• Work with complex, large-scale systems and troubleshoot advanced technical issues.
  
• Analyze critical challenges and provide robust, scalable, and secure solutions.
  

Desired Skills

• Java Full Stack Development

  (Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, Angular/React)

• GCP (Google Cloud Platform)

  hands-on experience
• Container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
  
• Experience in Healthcare domain is a plus
