Senior Software Engineer Java

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain complex Java applications using industry best practices.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  
• Lead and mentor a team of developers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  
• Review and optimize code for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  
• Resolve bugs and issues with thorough root cause analysis.
  
• Conduct and participate in regular code reviews.
  
• Stay up to date with Java technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.
  
• Coordinate with project managers for timelines and deliverables.
  
• Contribute to recruitment and onboarding efforts.
  
• Promote a team culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 6 years of professional Java development experience.
  
• Proficient in

• Knowledge of

• Strong grasp of
