Job Overview:

TESCRA India is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Java Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with a proven ability to design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable applications. This role requires a passion for technology, a commitment to quality, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment. The successful candidate will be instrumental in building and enhancing our software solutions, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end web applications and APIs.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, and related technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Ensure the responsiveness and performance of applications.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality and maintainability.
Implement and adhere to coding standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Must-Have Skills:

6+ years of experience in Java development.
Experience with Spring Boot for API development.
Experience with front-end development using ReactJS.
Proficiency in JavaScript.
Experience with Kafka.
Experience with SOAP/REST/JSON.
Experience with Oracle/SQL Server.
Experience with XML/XSLT.
Experience with IntelliJ IDE and Visual Studio Code.
Experience with NodeJS and Gradle.
Strong communication skills.
Passion for learning and solving challenging problems.
Excitement about open-source software.
Knowledge of standard MS Office products.
Ability to deliver quality work quickly and efficiently.
Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD).
