You will be a valuable member of our team if you have experience working in a Product based/Fintech environment and are looking for immediate joining with a notice period of up to 30 days. The role offers the flexibility to work from home until the end of the pandemic. This position is based in Gurgaon. In this role, you will be responsible for inventing, designing, and building software solutions that are stable and performant. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the quality and timely delivery of the applications, features, or modules that your team is working on. It is essential to adopt and implement good design principles and coding practices, as well as to conduct rigorous testing and quality checks before deployment. Collaboration with other software and database engineers is crucial to establish excellent development practices and drive innovative changes in both new and existing products. As a hands-on technical leader, you will set an example by utilizing web, mobile, and database technologies. You will actively participate in code reviews, design discussions, and team planning, and work on project ideas in collaboration with customers, stakeholders, and peers. To be considered for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline, along with 5-7 years of relevant experience. You must demonstrate expertise in software design and development, with proficiency in at least one Object-Oriented language such as Java. A strong understanding of Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem-solving, and complexity analysis is required. Your track record should reflect successful project deliveries for large, cross-functional projects, as well as experience in building high-performance, highly available, and scalable distributed systems. Proficiency in API Design, along with the ability to architect and implement intuitive customer and third-party integrations, is essential. You should possess the capability to think and analyze both breadthwise (client, server, DB, control flow) and depth-wise (threads, sessions, space-time complexity) while designing and implementing services.
