Java Developers

You will be working as a Senior Developer at Hitachi Solutions India Pvt Ltd located in Bangalore. The primary responsibility of this role is to design, develop, and maintain end-to-end solutions for applications, involving complex backend services and client-end interfaces. As a Senior Developer, you will lead and coordinate with a team working on different layers of the application, demonstrating a commitment to collaborative problem-solving, sophisticated design, and product quality. Your role will also include managing the team to develop and deliver business use cases, with an additional focus on support experience. Your primary skills should include proficiency in Java with a good understanding of its ecosystems, excellent communication skills, solid knowledge of object-oriented programming, familiarity with various design and architectural patterns, and the ability to write reusable Java libraries and frameworks like Spring and Spring Boot. Hands-on experience in basic front-end technologies like HTML, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React JS and Angular would be desirable. Experience with application and web servers like Nginx, Tomcat, JBoss, WebLogic, and WebSphere, as well as creating database schemas and understanding code versioning tools like Git, are also essential. Basic knowledge and experience with SQL engines like Oracle, MySQL, and Postgres, and non-SQL engines like MongoDB, would be beneficial. Familiarity with concepts of MVC, JDBC, and RESTful web services are important, and experience with Java GUI frameworks like React JS, Angular, Mean, and Mern stack would be advantageous. Good-to-have skills for this role include the ability to write clean, readable Java code, understanding fundamental design principles for scalable applications, knowledge of the class loading mechanism in Java, familiarity with JVM, automated testing platforms, unit tests, build tools like Ant, Maven, and Gradle, continuous integration, continuous deployments, and knowledge of the AWS ecosystem. Your responsibilities will involve translating application storyboards and use cases into functional applications, designing, building, and maintaining efficient and reliable Java code, ensuring optimal performance and quality of applications, identifying and resolving bottlenecks and bugs, maintaining code quality, organization, and automation, and supporting application platforms.
