Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Associate Technology Level 1 - Java Microservices Developer at our company, you will join a team of innovative individuals dedicated to designing and developing cutting-edge technology solutions for our clients. Your problem-solving skills will be crucial in addressing complex challenges across various industries, contributing to our mission of global transformation. Key Responsibilities: - Drive the design, planning, and implementation of multifaceted applications, gaining comprehensive knowledge of the project lifecycle. - Collaborate with clients to translate intricate concepts into comprehensive solutions that drive their business forward. - Stay updated on emerging technologies to deliver scalable and sophisticated solutions aligned with clients" business objectives. Qualifications: - Possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in Java development. - Demonstrate strong proficiency in Java JDK 1.8 or higher. - Familiarity with Java fundamentals such as Exceptional handling, Serialization/Deserialization, and Immutability concepts. - Good understanding of Enums, Collections, Annotations, Generics, Auto boxing, and Data Structure. - Experience with Database RDBMS/No SQL (SQL, Joins, Indexing). - Proficiency in Multithreading (Re-entrant Lock, Fork & Join, Sync, Executor Framework). - Hands-on experience with Spring Core & Spring Boot, including security and transactions. - Familiarity with JMS (ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.). - Knowledge of Memory Management (JVM configuration, Profiling, GC), profiling, Performance tuning, Testing, Jmeter, or similar tools. - Experience with DevOps tools (CI/CD: Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, Quality plugins, Docker, and containerization). - Strong logical and analytical skills with a thorough understanding of OOPS concepts, Design principles, and implementation of different types of Design patterns. - Hands-on experience with logging frameworks such as SLF4J/LogBack/Log4j. - Proficient in writing Junit test cases using Mockito/Powermock frameworks and practical experience with Maven/Gradle and version control systems like Git/SVN. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with global teams to define and execute projects. - Sound understanding/experience in software development process and test-driven development. - Experience with Cloud platforms like AWS, AZURE, or GCP. - Prior experience in Microservices development will be an advantage.,
