Job Description

Job Summary:

Java Developer with strong DevOps experience

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Java-based applications.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like
Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions
.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and application deployment using
Terraform, Ansible, or similar IaC tools
.
Containerize applications using
Docker
, and orchestrate using
Kubernetes
.
Monitor and troubleshoot production systems and services.
Work with cloud platforms (e.g.,
AWS, Azure, GCP
) to build scalable solutions.
Ensure security, scalability, and performance across environments.
Collaborate with QA, Product, and Operations teams in an Agile environment.

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience in
Java (Java 8 or above)
,
Spring Boot
, and RESTful APIs.
Proficient with
CI/CD tools
: Jenkins, Git, Maven/Gradle, etc.
Good knowledge of
Docker
and
Kubernetes
.
Experience with at least one
cloud provider
: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Familiarity with
monitoring/logging tools
: ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.
Understanding of
microservices architecture
and distributed systems.
Experience with
SQL/NoSQL databases
(e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Knowledge of
Linux/Unix systems
and shell scripting.

Nice to Have:

Experience with messaging systems like
Kafka or RabbitMQ
.
Knowledge of
security best practices
in DevOps and cloud environments.
Exposure to
SRE principles
and
infrastructure monitoring
.
Certifications in Java, AWS, or DevOps tools.
