Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Associate Architect with 6 to 10 years of experience in Mobile App Design and Architecture. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Flutter Mockito Kotlin and GIT along with a strong background in the Payer domain. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to our innovative projects and drive impactful solutions. Responsibilities Lead the design and architecture of mobile applications to ensure robust and scalable solutions. Oversee the development process ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team to enhance their skills and productivity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and performance. Implement and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using GIT. Develop and execute unit tests using Mockito to ensure the reliability and stability of the applications. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure smooth project execution. Contribute to the documentation of technical specifications and architectural decisions. Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and estimation. Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards in all developed applications. Drive the adoption of best practices in mobile app design and architecture within the team. Qualifications Must have strong experience in Mobile App Design and Architecture. Must possess expertise in Flutter for developing cross-platform applications. Should have hands-on experience with Mockito for unit testing. Must be proficient in Kotlin for Android development. Should have experience with GIT for version control and collaboration. Must have domain knowledge and experience in the Payer domain. Nice to have experience in hybrid work model and agile methodologies. Should have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Must possess strong communication and collaboration abilities. Should be proactive and able to work independently. Must have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality. Should be adaptable and open to learning new technologies.
