Job Description

You are a Backend Java Developer with 2/3 years of experience and a strong foundation in Data Structures, Algorithms, and Problem Solving. Your role involves hands-on coding, understanding backend technologies, and a commitment to developing scalable, high-performance systems. Your skills include proficiency in Core Java, Spring Boot, excellent DSA skills, problem-solving abilities, familiarity with RESTful APIs, Microservices, multithreading, relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL), ORM tools (like Hibernate), Git, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), unit testing, debugging, and optimization. Your responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining efficient Java code, collaborating with teams for new features, solving performance and architectural challenges, implementing scalable backend services, writing tests for code quality, participating in code reviews, and optimizing applications for speed and scalability. Preferred qualifications for this role include a degree in Computer Science or related field, experience in competitive programming, knowledge of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes), and participation in coding platforms like LeetCode, Codeforces, etc. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as paid sick time and time off. The job requires in-person work, with a fixed schedule from Monday to Friday and weekend availability. Proficiency in English is required for this role.,
