Key Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade Java applications.
• Mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to best coding and design practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship high-quality features.
• Conduct code reviews, ensure performance optimization, and maintain technical documentation.
• Work in Agile environments, managing sprints and version control workflows (Git).

Required Skills & Experience

• 7–12 years of total software development experience, including 2–3 years in a lead/senior developer role.
• Strong hands-on expertise in

  Core Java

  — Collections, Multithreading, Exception Handling, OOPs, and Design Patterns.
• Proficiency in

  MS SQL Server

  , including database design, complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• Experience with

  Messaging Queues

  and scalable backend architecture.
• Solid understanding of

  SDLC

  ,

  Agile methodologies

  , and

  version control tools (e.g., Git)

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
