Job Title Java Developer Location Bangalore Working Mode WFO( 5 Days) Experience 4-8 Years About The Role Java Developer (4-8 Years Experience) Key Responsibilities : Develop, deploy, and maintain applications using Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs. Work with PostgreSQL for database management and optimization. (Optional) Expertise in Apache Kafka for event-driven architecture. Deploy applications via CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Chef, Jenkins, Sonar, Checkmarx, and Maven. Design and implement high- and low-level system architectures. Apply Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and event-first-based design principles. Optimize application performance and conduct systematic troubleshooting. Provide team leadership, mentorship, and coaching to junior developers. Engage in technical discussions with senior technical members and business leaders. Required Skills & Competencies : Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs. Experience in system design (HLD & LLD) and architectural patterns. Hands-on knowledge of event-driven design and microservices architecture. Experience in performance tuning and debugging complex systems. Strong CI/CD and DevOps skills for seamless deployment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
