Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and manage microservices-based architectures ensuring high availability and security.
• Design, develop, and maintain business process workflows aligned with banking and financial requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Integrate workflows and services with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
• Optimize, monitor, and troubleshoot existing workflows and microservices to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Ensure adherence to banking domain standards, security guidelines, and regulatory compliance.
• Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and track tasks using JIRA.
• Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentoring support to junior developers.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, process flows, and system designs for future reference and training.
• Stay updated with the latest Java, Spring Boot, and microservices best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong understanding of banking and financial systems.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and distributed systems.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
