Job Description

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Java development
  • Strong knowledge of Core Java, Spring Framework, and Hibernate
  • Familiarity with build tools (Maven) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins)
  • Comfortable working in a Linux environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java-based applications
  • Build backend components and services using Spring Framework and Hibernate ORM
  • Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following coding standards and best practices
  • Use Maven for project build and dependency management
  • Configure and manage CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins
  • Work in a Linux environment for deployment, scripting, and server-side debugging
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
  • Debug, test, and resolve software defects and performance issues

Required Skills:

  • Core Java OOP, collections, multithreading, exception handling
  • Spring Framework Spring Core, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, RESTful APIs
  • Hibernate ORM concepts, HQL/JPQL, entity relationships
  • JUnit Unit testing and test-driven development
  • Maven Build lifecycle and dependency management
  • Jenkins CI/CD pipeline setup and maintenance
  • Linux Commands for development and deployment
  • Version Control Git/Bitbucket or similar tools
