We are looking for a passionate and skilled
Backend Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Java-based backend development and a strong willingness to grow in microservices, cloud technologies, and scalable system design.
Develop and maintain backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate. Assist in building and integrating RESTful APIs and microservices.
Collaborate with senior developers and cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Business Analysts.
Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Support integration efforts and help troubleshoot issues in development and production environments.
Work closely with onshore teams in a global delivery model.
3 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate. Basic understanding of Spring Cloud and microservice architecture.
Exposure to JavaScript and familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, etc.). Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Ability to analyze business requirements and contribute to technical discussions.
Understanding of API design principles and backend service development.
Exposure to AWS services like EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Maven, Git, and SonarQube.
Experience with tools like Jira, GitHub, and Code Pipeline.
Basic knowledge of distributed systems and cloud-native development.
