Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Java Software Engineer with 1 to 7 years of experience to join our Product Development Team, responsible for requirement analysis, design, development, coding, and unit testing of new features and fixing bugs. This position is based in Gurgaon.

Roles and Responsibility

Understand customer requirements and create functional specifications and use cases.
Develop high and low-level application design artifacts, including process flow, data model, and interfaces.
Design, develop, test, and implement software applications using Java and related technologies.
Assist the team in coordinating design activities with the development team.
Develop prototypes and proof of concepts to validate design ideas.
Ensure overall code quality and assist testers and support personnel as needed.
Review changes in code and environment affecting system performance.
Utilize software engineering tools such as configuration management systems (CVS), build processes, and debuggers.

Job Requirements

Core and Advanced Java programming skills.
Experience with XML and XSDs.
Knowledge of Webservices (REST and SOAP).
Experience with the Spring Framework.
Object-Oriented Analysis and design using common design patterns.
Experience with JavaScript frameworks like EXTJS or Angular JS.
Understanding of Relational Databases, SQL, and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate).
Profound knowledge of Java and JEE internals (Classloading, Garbage Collection, etc.).
