Job Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Java Developer to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices, while also leading a team in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable backend systems using Java and related technologies.
• Lead a team, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices.
• Work with stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize solutions.
• Ensure high-quality performance, security, and compliance in all deliverables.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years in Java backend development.
• Expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native development.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and team leadership.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes is a plus.
