The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices, while also leading a team in an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain scalable backend systems using Java and related technologies. Lead a team, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices. Work with stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize solutions. Ensure high-quality performance, security, and compliance in all deliverables. Required Skills & Experience 8+ years in Java backend development. Expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs. Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases. Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native development. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and team leadership. Knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes is a plus.
